Helicon Focus Mac is a program that creates one perfectly focused image from several partially focused images. The program is designed for optic microscope image processing to cope with the shallow depth-of-field problem.

Image SXM is a version of the public domain image analysis software NIH Image that has been extended to handle the loading, display and analysis of scanning microscope images. Image SXM supports SAM, SCM, SEM, SFM, SLM, SNOM, SPM and STM images in over 50 file formats.
